01. Initial Enquiry
Thank you for taking the time to look through our work, we hope that by reading more about us, our core values and the way we work, you feel that we could be the right people to tell your story. In response to your initial enquiry, we’ll confirm our availability for you and explain the process of securing your date, so you have a clear understanding from the beginning.
02. Quote Selection & Consultation
Our videography and photography packages are created with your needs in mind. Our collections are comprehensive, so that you can see exactly what is included in your videography and photography. We enable you to book a video call with us so you can meet us, and ask us any questions you may have about the way we work.
03. Confirm Your Booking
Securing your date is quick and easy, and within your initial response from us, you’ll receive access to your own secure user area, where you can accept a quote, read and sign our terms and conditions of service, share the details of your day, and make payments. This gives you the piece of mind of knowing that we are officially yours.
04. Pre-Wedding Service
Sometimes weddings are booked years in advance, and so it’s important for us to outline what you can expect from us in that time and in preparation for your day. You’ll have a personal contact number for us and access to your online user area so that you can update the timeline for your day as and when details are confirmed. Around three months before your day, we’ll send you our questionnaires to complete, which will help us to plan for your day, and soon after we give you access to our calendar to book a time for us to have a further video call the week of the wedding day.
05. Your Big Day
It’s finally here! Congratulations you lovely pair. We will have agreed in advance what time we will arrive to start documenting your day and we’ll send each of you a text on the morning to let you know we are on our way. From there, take in every moment, you’ve put so much time and effort into the planning, so enjoy your day, and let us take care of you and create your unique story.
